"Stunning facility that was clean, quiet and comfortable. I was pleasantly surprised with my upgrade and meal at the restaurant. The bar was also great. The only disappointment was that my 6am wake-up call didn't come as I requested. Otherwise, very happy."

"Check in was quick amd easy. We were able to check in a bit earlier and receptionist was very professional and friendly. It was my daughters birthday and we were then given free upgrade to include breakfast. The room was spacious enough for the 4 of us . We will visit again."

"Hotel is really run down. Our bed hadn't been made properly. I moved the bed sheet and underneath the mattress protector was covered in hair. The walls in the room were dirty and all marked. The skirting was off the wall in the room. The laminate toppings on the bed side table were all warped and coming away. The hotel was also overbooked so we were put in a room without a window. One of the worst hotels we have stayed in. Stay somewhere else."
