The property does not open until 5 pm so I had to wait 3 hrs sitting on the floor outside. I was hoping to leave my bags and go, but so such luck. The man who checked me in was very nice and helpful. This is the first time I stayed at this hotel after it changed to Premier Inn under new management. It is absolutely wonderful! I stayed in one of the penthouse suites, and it has one of the most beautiful views of the city and the vineyards.
