"Bed bugs! Everything was fine, the location was great. The room was so so so small but we didn’t mind! Until I started getting destroyed by bed bugs! I woke up with at least 20 huge welts on my body from the bites. And found a bug in our bed. I had the staff change the sheets but other than that, they didn’t seem to really care. The best part was definitely the location of the hotel."

"I had a wonderful stay here. There was a problem with the exterior shutter in my room. Maintenance staff were not able to solve it as a short term repair, and they immediately moved me to another room. The staff were wonderfully responsive and accommodated a subsequent move as well. Location was wonderful and could walk easily to Sacre Coeur. I would stay there again when visiting Paris."

"If you are looking for rooms that are quiet, the garden rooms are better. Careful when booking. If it says Garden on the listing. Screenshot it. I regret not doing that because when I checked in they said they were all taken. I was very upset as I thought I paid for the Garden view but they put us in the courtyard view next to the elevator which was noisier. "I have stayed here several times, and compared to other hotels in Paris, I think this hotel offers great value for money. Despite being reasonably priced, the facilities are well maintained and the hotel is very clean.
This time, perhaps because there was availability, they even upgraded my room for free. The staff were also very kind and helpful.
I will definitely stay here again in the future."
