However, there was a gap in the screen, and a child could definitely be able to push through the screen on the fourth floor. Contacted hotel and they would not give any money back."

"Awful for the money spent on this room. Breakfast was supposed to be served until 10. We get there at 8:30 and everything was empty. I understand they had a busy weekend and the hotel was booked, but it is still unacceptable, if this is what I was told I would be receiving and then did not receive...it isn't ok. The little food we did end up getting was awful. The pool was supposed to be heated but it was freezing and we couldn't stay in longer than 20 minutes. On top of that...check out is noon. So why am I having housekeeping walk in my room unannounced, no knocking or anything, at 9:30? I was changing and my young daughter was in the bathroom naked. This is not ok!! I talked to the manager on duty when I checked out and was flat out told there was nothing they could do since I'm not a Hilton member. Again, completely unacceptable. We were thoroughly let down by this facility and will never choose to stay at this establishment again."
