"Expedia was fine. But this property was very fair. It was managed by Capital Hotel. A VRBO. I tried to call Capital Hotel before check in .. no call back. I did receive a check in text on a chat line that was monitored. Requested a later check out. None granted. "Its location is perfect "

"When I arrived at the property, they wouldn’t honor the reservation or Expedia price so at 1 am after a long day of travel, I had to spend 30 minutes trying to get it resolved on my own as the staff wasn’t of much help at the property. Room was old and everything was worn. 2 out of the 3 bath towels were dirty and disgusting. Upon arrival the second night, the keys didn’t work and found out they didn’t have me in the system even though I paid for 2 nights so it was another hassle to get to the...

"Room was clean. The description stated that the unit would contain an oven, which it did not. It only had a countertop stove plate. Also, very limited electrical outlets working in the bedrooms. It was an accessible room so this is a significant issue. Missing 2/3 TV remotes. However, overall a good experience and met our needs for the weekend. "
