"Check-in is at 2 pm and check-out already at 10 am, which would suggest that the room should at least be clean. Nothing could be further from the truth. Luckily, at least (and probably only) the bed linen in this room was washed and fresh — otherwise we would have done what other guests did and simply left. The carpet was dirty, and the only bedside lamp in the room was filthy and covered in cobwebs. A hole where the window handle should have been was stuffed with paper. The shower and sink clearly hadn’t been properly cleaned for months. There was mould in the shower mixed with grime. The cabinet above the toilet was barely attached to the wall and completely useless at the angle it was hanging. The TV was basically unusable — it was hard to find any channels, and when something finally appeared, there were constant issues. And the sockets… in the entire room, the only working outlets were for the kettle and the TV, plus two behind the headboard. When I tried to plug in the bedside lamp, I was afraid my hand would get stuck between dirt and cobwebs… So charging a phone was quite a challenge. The parking is a joke, and the yard itself is full of rubbish. The man who checked us in might have been nice, but if he’s the owner, he has absolutely no idea how to run a business! This is a place I will never return to and will never recommend to anyone. The price was okay — no one expected luxury for that amount — but come on, cleanliness is the absolute minimum!!!"

"The rooms were extremely basic but clean, and the hotel was conveniently located for where we wanted to be. The rooms and the dining area were way too hot and couldnt be moderated and the beds, pillows and duvet were also basic ajd very uncomfortable. The breakfast was basic but sufficient "

"Lovely property with very nice and helpful staff. Food and drink was excellent. Just unfortunate that the room was so hot. It was a warm day but considering it was April and a 20-22C day I was shocked how uncomfortable the room felt. Portable AC is provided but not overly effective. "
