💯 customer satisfaction!! Start to finish….check-in staff was awesome (Trent was his name?), extreme cleanliness, updated contemporary furniture throughout the lobby/hotel. Rooms were comfortable, including beds, while also being pet-friendly for a low fee of $25. Check-out was a breeze with friendly staff and a warm breakfast buffet!! We’ll stay every year on our way back from Florida!!

The staff was friendly, the room was fine, and breakfast was good. However, the lighting throughout the hotel was awful. Very dim and eery in the hallways. Neither my kids nor I felt comfortable walking the halls (equivalent to walking through a dark alley at night - just don’t do it). The parking lots around the building are also not well lit. It just felt unsafe overall to be outside of our hotel room, which is an unsettling feeling when traveling with children. There was not a hair dryer in the room (which was a minor inconvenience but is worth noting), and the website for this exact location shows an indoor pool when there is, in fact, only an outdoor pool - so that was misleading in advertisement. To summarize, I was singing Hotel California in my head throughout our stay. If that’s the vibe you enjoy, then you’ll love this place.
