"À notre arrivée, nous avons rencontré un problème qui n’a malheureusement pas pu être résolu par le premier jeune homme de l’accueil. Lunette mince de type européen Sa réaction s’est limitée à un simple « désolé », sans chercher de solution, ce qui nous a laissés un peu démunis. Heureusement, nous avons ensuite pu expliquer la situation à Olivia, qui a pris les choses en main immédiatement et a su régler le souci avec efficacité. Grâce à elle, nous avons finalement passé un excellent séjour....
