"Next to the stadium and train tracks - be advised. Public can park here too buying a pass.
The TV did not work for a while and had to call for service, temporary and back up quickly - did not know why but maybe the train interference??
Wi-Fi was tricky to connect to also.
Would benefit from all the exterior trash being emptied / lot cleaned.
Pool was adequate for kids, but it is in an inner-city parking lot, so set your expectations accordingly."

"This was my first time taking a trip to the Westin in Portland, Maine, and I am sad to say that this not the best experience.
The staff at the front desk was very friendly and checking us in and assigning us to a room. The room was a good size space but unfortunately the water did not stay hot.
The location was close to downtown and The gym was OK and I was disappointed that there was no pool. They also have shuttle services available, but we were not informed until the last night we were...

"Decent location, price and stay. Across the street from the hospital on Congress Street - convenient dirivng to other areas of Portland. My bed was rock-hard firm which made for difficult sleeping. The staff were really helpful and tried hard to serve us.
If you need a reasonably priced place to stay for a night in the city and aren't too fussy, this place works just fine. Its an older hotel with a little bit of character that is kind of a good reflection of Portland, as a whole."
