Hotel is in a good area, they don t have a ramp to carry up your luggage but the doorman or porter will help you out. The only “bad experience” was that I asked front desk for a plug converter, because THEIR iron would not fit in THEIR wall plugs, the front desk person said we ll send someone up ...
