"We had an excellent 3 nights at Lyndale’s guest house. The host Allison answered all our questions about the village of Ambleside. Breakfast was generous. She gave us a parking pass free of charge to a lot that’s about 2 minutes away by walking. 10 minutes away (walking) from the center. Would definitely recommend !"

The guesthouse is convenient for Windermere centre, approx 5 minutes walk to the bars and restaurants, but in a quieter back road. "
