"On February 27th, Friday, after I got into my room at the Stardust #212 and discovered the A/C produced only hot air (super hot). Maintenance couldn’t fix it and took the A/C unit off the window. Didn’t offer me a different room. So, I slept with a hole on the wall and cold winter wind. I called on Saturday to explain the situation and asked for a different room but the service desk told me I’ll have to pay $50 for an up charge fee. So, I asked for the maintenance to repair it and see if they can fix it. I went to dinner with a group of people then came back and the A/C is still produced super hot air with a very bad odor. I went to the front desk and explained what happened to the manager on duty. She was shocked and offered me a different room at #510. Then, she asked for the photos of the A/C unit and the opening on the wall to outside. She said she will send them to upper management. Nothing further after that and no discount was offered to me. A very cold winter casino experience. Worst of my hotel stays for sure."
