I put up with it because I had no other choice since I was traveling with my daughter and we arrived late at night. Left the next morning as fast as I could."

"The hotel made me pay an additional $2 for some reason. When I got to the room, none of the lights worked. After I brought all my things in I looked behind the nightstand to find an extremely damaged outlet, which explains why there was no power. I saw food remnants and cockroaches underneath the bed. I immediately got everything out of my room and asked for a refund. The person working the desk was no help and I gave him back my keys. They gave no receipt. I contacted Expedia who did contact the hotel and they denied giving me a refund. They did not provided what I paid for so now I have to dispute the charge to my card."

"First of all this hotel is extremely outdated lets just start there. I get to my room and my door is OPEN!! Like all i had to do was push the door open. I bust in to scare whoever was in there if anybody, the coast was clear. Then i pull the covers back its pieces of hair on the pillow and throughout the bed the shower had a long piece of hair in it outside of the bathroom not being clean. I will never stay at this property again. I knew better when the price was only $100. Maybe the Holiday Inn is better right next door but this one is horrible."
