"Some of the basics were not provided on our stay so really wasn't worth the money. Communication - didn't receive the check-in details by email as instructions said. The day before the stay I tried to contact the host multiple ways, including Hotels.com support x 2, with no luck. Eventually on the day of the stay I was told I would get the information at 12pm. "We had a lovely weekend stay at this apartment. It was spotlessly clean, modern and very comfortable-perfect for a relaxing getaway. The kitchen was well-equipped, the beds were cosy and the whole place had a fresh, welcoming feel. The only small thing we noticed was that there weren’t many mirrors, which would have been handy-but that didn’t take away from the overall great experience. Would definitely stay again! "

"Came into Gravesend from London for a friend's funeral. Checked in early without any charge...room was spacious and warm, loved my room as it had the LAKE view, very relaxing. Food (breakfast and lunch) was nicely cooked, fresh and hot. Adequate lighting in room and bathroom. Water temperature was perfect. Beautiful and efficient staff. Thank you 😊 💓.
