"The rooms were nice but you could hear the guests in the room above us and the elevator sounded like it was gonna die. There was construction all around the hotel and entry to the hotel was convoluted. My spouse said the bed was uncomfortable, I did not experience that but the breakfast was super minimal, this may be the lack of guests during the weekdays."

"Some how our stay was booked for one less day than we thought. The owner/manger jacked up the price for that last day. They said there were events going on in Wichita and they would be busy . The parking lot was half full. They lied to get around 2/3s more for that day. The food was cold. The gravy was just bad ( I love gravy) I was disappointed. Our Rome smelled. ."

"Floors were not that clean. The continental breakfast was 98% carbs, no good selections for diabetics. Do not shower after 9 on a Sunday morning unless you prefer cold showers. There was one lamp between the beds that worked. No lighting for the desk area."

"We always stay here when we visit family in Wichita. Pet-friendly and a beautiful walking path and park right behind the hotel. Friendly staff, breakfast is very good, and rooms are clean and modern. Very close to shopping, restaurants and staff is very accomodating and friendly."

"Bed was terrible, ceiling peeling in multi places in room. Carpet was sticky in room and hallways, Ice maker was down, Elevator and vending was down. I mean the customer service was good, place just needs major overhaul of rooms and amenities. They just changed management which is understandable to a certain extent. Overall a one night stay was ok but for short or extended stays no thanks."

"The rooms were old and dirty looking (stained furniture, stained carpet) and beds were small for a queen. The bathrooms were so old they looked dirty. Walls were bubbling with water damage and peeling paint. The bathtub was stained gray and brown and caulking was coming apart from wall and looked moldy. The pool room was so hot that it was unbearable to remain in to swim for any longer than 10 minutes. The hot tub was disgusting looking and didn't work. There were someone's fake eyelashes on the...

"Facility was clean and the room was pleasant smelling and clean. I could see my reflection in the bathroom floor. Price was good compared to comparable. Customer service was good and it even had a small heated indoor pool. Will stay again"

"Comfortable, quiet and clean room with friendly staff. The hot water and A/C worked well. The pool was nice but the hot tub was unfortunately paved over. The area seemed safe and convenient to restaurants. The breakfast included was a standard hotel breakfast. I thought it was a very good value."
