Communicating with the agency handling the rental was not good. They said they never got my emails asking about meeting them at 12 instead of 2, and asking about where I should park other than on tbe street. We waited 2 hours until 2 because the company was totally inflexible and not allowing us to come in 2 hours earlier..."
