"Klimaanlage hat nicht funktioniert und es war niemand vor Ort der das Problem beheben konnte. Daher hat wir eine Nacht mit wenig Schlaf weil sehr heiß im Zimmer war. Dad Zimmer war schon etwas abgewoht und ei Fugen in der Dusche habe Schimmel gehabt. Das Personal war bemüht und freundlich"

"Despite the mixed reviews we saw online, we loved Hotek Acta Moa. Our Junior Suite was large, the shower was great, the elevators worked efficiently the whole time (5 nights), and the buffet breakfast was excellent. I’d definitely stay there on my next trip to Lisbon. The location is extremely convenient to metro, which is very easy to navigate. There are free lockers for luggage storage in the lobby. Highly recommend this hotel."

"Amazing bfast! Amazing staff! Excellent rooms and Very cold AC. Perfect for Lisbon summers. Right across st is a huge grocery store which serves hot and cold food and essentials. Around corner is a mcds and other restaurants. Very quiet at night. Close to metros too."

"Not much of a lobby area but was very pleasantly surprised when I got up to the floor where my room was located as it was truly unique. High ceilings and door ways. Rooms also had very high ceilings, and many amenities were provided by the hotel. Room was also clean and very spacious. Don't be fooled by the lobby area. This hotel is a hidden gem!"
