Staff was amazing, specially Davin who helped us carry our heavy bags to our rooms. A staff member was always at the reception providing assistance. They even lent us their phone charger adapter and hair dryer! Totally worth the price (actually cheaper given all the above)."

"Kleines Juwel, was man von der Straßenfront aus nicht vermutet. Geräumige, helle und modern gestaltet Zimmer. Zimmer zur Straßenseite etwas beeinträchtigt durch Straßenlärm. Allerdings gut schließende Fenster und Klimaanlage können das sehr gut kompensieren. Super freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Die Empfehlung für ein Restaurant in der Nähe war klasse. "The hotel is centrally located, but the stairs/lack of elevator is what knocked my score of this hotel down quite a bit. I booked this hotel since they offered a family room with a variety of bed configurations but didn’t see any reviews stating that the hotel really doesn’t have an elevator and you have to hike up many flights of stairs with your luggage and daily to access the breakfast, which is on the rooftop. The room we had was “clean” but in need of a deep clean. The staff was super nice...
