Travellers with families please beware.
Firstly, the location is amazing but that’s about it.
If you happen to be assigned to apartment 4A one bedroom apartment, you are surely in for a surprise. Once you enter the apartment you will be welcomed with rotten floor boards in front of the bathroom. The bathroom is poorly designed; when you shower all the water goes to the hallway. They did nothing to repair the water damage just put tape on the floor.
We booked for 4 nights but only stayed 2. We didn’t arrive until day 2 early morning. When our kids are in the apartment they started coughing and sneezing. At first we thought they were getting sick or the space heater was dusty. So we didn’t use the space heater, both my kids kept coughing all night. When they were out during the day nothing but the moment they got back to the apartment the coughing started.
We got worried and asked to switch rooms, they said they didn’t have anything. So we asked if we can get a refund for 1 night as we were concerned there might be mold in the room. They said no to our request; we ended up booking another place anyways as we were really concerned for our kids well being. They did not cough at all at the different apartment.
