Staff was incredibly helpful, welcoming and accomodating. The rooms were well appointed and lovely. Appreciated the in-room amennities. Helpful that there is a parking just down the street. Fantastic location.

The location was great. But lobby was tonight and our room was located in another building close by. Room had a nice bored. But was noisy with music until 11:15 pm. Pensão Praça da Figueira
Convienen location. A bit noisy since our room is above the market. Breakfast is excellent. Staffs are wonderful. Hotel towels all need to be renewed. Towels are too old and they are all grayish colored not white any more. Room is clean but the sheets has burned spots from dryer or ironing.

Very nice, clean property. The beds were comfortable, and the check-in process was very easy, with excellent communication and clear instructions. The location is great as well, with easy access to the metro.
