"Excellent location and very clean. The check-in was smooth and the host provided clear instructions. Great shower and air conditioner. Lots of cafes around for food and drink. It is next to the castle and you can frequently see peacocks walking around. You have to walk a few minutes to catch an Uber as private taxis can only enter this area. This was not an issue for us."

"Just stayed at Hotel Santa Justa for a night in Lisbon, really great location, very central and I was very impressed with the hotel. The room was great, very clean, safe, air con, great bed, nice bathroom and all the amenities you need. The staff were really helpful too and advised me on a couple of things. I would highly recommend this hotel and would definitely return on a future trip."

"I just left Lisbon this morning, heading to the next location , and I’m already missing it dearly. Since the moment I arrived the staff was extremely friendly and welcoming, answering all my questions and even giving me tourist tips and ridden gems to check it out. Flávia , Giovanna, Ivaldo, Diego and Gi, were super kind to be , and we became good friends!! The owners are polite, very invested and treated me very kindly. My room had an incredible view of the Praça da Figueira , and all the amenities were above my expectations. Also felt really safe while staying in the hotel. The location is also something to point out. You are in the heart of Lisboa, close to all the most famous places around Lisboa, and with GREAT public transportation (once you purchase the Lisboa Card). One detail to consider when traveling is that most hotels and places to stay are places that can’t be changed due to historical reasons, so be aware that if you are an overpacked (like Myself, lol) you will struggle a bit with your luggage going up and down the stairs. Overall, if I have to scale the hotel - I’d ABSOLUTELY give them a 10. Worth every penny! And I’m already planning to come back! To all the staff, THANK YOU! Thank you for helping me make this experience even more enjoyable!!"

"Good location. Room was a good size. Clean with comfortable bed and bedding. The staff were helpful when we first had an issue accessing the in room safe and also with the air conditioning. They were quick to respond and resolve both problems. The breakfast was typical of other hotels with a pretty good variety of options. If you want to be near the river and old city center, this is a good choice."

"The hotel was close to the train station. It was central to a lot of restaurants, shopping, and sights. They had a nice lobby area where you could sit to meet people. They also had a outdoor deck area where you could relax and lounge. There was also an area where you could work on your computer. They had a buffet breakfast which you could add to your room when booking or pay for as you choose when you get there. Staff were nice and helpful. Hotel was clean. Rooms were a bit tiny. Overall, a great experience."
