"The room was perfectly fine for a three star hotel . The housekeeping staff did a good job . The staff was always friendly and helpful , Breakfast was not great and we were glad we didn’t prepay for it . The overhead shower spray did not work but the handheld was adequate. The amenities were minimal . Location was excellent. I think it was an adequate hotel for a reasonable price ."

"Great little hotel in a perfect central location by Rossio Square. Room was small-ish but had everything we needed and anyway, we only wanted to sleep in it! Very convenient for bus tours and the Metro. Plenty of places to eat nearby although we can recommend the restaurant attached to the hotel, Bastardo. Great buffet breakfast served there every morning. The staff were lovely and very helpful. Would say that the WiFi was a bit unreliable so wouldn't want to rely on it if you need to work. Overall, a really lovely place to stay."

"This is in a wonderful location and close to everything. The hotel is pretty new so everything is well maintained. The breakfast buffet was wonderful. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms are very small and cramped but it’s Europe so that is quite often the case. The beds were comfortable. We stayed 3 days and upon check in the asked for morning or afternoon room cleanings. We selected morning however that never happened. The first day they came to clean the room at 5 pm while we were getting ready for dinner so it didn’t get cleaned That day at all. They do have nice little features like water in the room and some mini bar items. Overall a great place to stay They provide free little walking tour which was also nice."
