"The hotel itself seemed decent; however, the room was rather dated, and the beds were extremely hard and uncomfortable. The pillows were also far too rigid, resulting in one of the worst nights of sleep I’ve ever had. The breakfast buffet offered a good variety of food, and the staff were friendly. I chose the hotel due to its proximity to a business meeting, but I would not stay there again."

"I chose this hotel because of its location and the good reviews. I paid nearly $400 for two nights, including the additional $30 they charged me for an early check-in. I didn’t mind paying that. The room smelled strongly of dampness. It was small, although at least the bathroom seemed renovated. I barely spent any time at the hotel since I was out sightseeing most of the day. "Great location in Paddington, train and bus stop were right across the road. Luggage storage and a lift made life easy. Staff were friendly and helpful, restaurant on site was handy for last minute meals and breakfast. But loads of restaurants in walking distance too. Great for a solo traveller. "
