"A great location for a traveler visiting NY. I travel alone and the staff was super helpful. Delivered a fridge and blanket in minutes upon my request. Gym is great asset but was just sad there was no furniture up on the terrace. Promoted as an asset and would be a nice spot for morning coffee or afternoon wine. I went up anyway but no place to sit. Love that the windows open! Rare in a big city."

However, the customer service from most of the staff was disappointing and not very welcoming. The only person who was genuinely kind and friendly during my stay was the cleaning lady, who always greeted me with a smile and made me feel comfortable. She was honestly the highlight of the service experience."
