"Stayed here for one night. Hotel and room was clean. Guests get breakfast in the morning which was good. No complaints. Will come again if I visit upstate again"
"I needed a quick room and I decided to book here. Room was clean and spacious- front desk people were really nice! The area around the hotel had a Dunkin and a gas station so I could grab breakfast and run to baseball. Bathroom was decent- you could tell the hotel had some upgrades but not everything. Overall I would def stay here again !"
"This is an older property in the process of renovation. We rented two rooms and check in was easy and convenient. The front entrance trash bin was overflowing and they seem to attempt to cover challenges with air fresheners rather than tight consistent practices. One of our rooms had a pretty badly stained tub surface. The beds were clean and comfortable. The climate units smelled a bit musty and I actually cleaned the A/C filter screens myself (2 minutes effort and some disinfectant spray would be a good daily housekeeping practice). The staff were very helpful and polite! Overall OK given our last minute booking, but they need to routinize practices and finish their renovations."
"Exceptionally Clean Property
Pros
- Immaculately maintained. The cleanest hotel I can recall staying in.
- Exterior, lobby, hallways, common areas, and room were spotless.
- Spacious room and bathroom.
- Excellent shower with strong water pressure.
- Firm, comfortable bed.
- Professional and helpful front-desk staff despite a very busy weekend.
Cons
- Breakfast was decent but struggled to keep certain items stocked during peak periods.
- Rear parking lot was closed for paving preparations during a sold-out weekend, creating a parking nightmare.
- Assigned an accessible room; the extra space was appreciated, but the lower toilet was less comfortable for me at 6'2".
- Small stain on one bedsheet required replacement (promptly provided by staff).
- Restaurants and shopping are nearby, but not realistically within walking distance.
Overall: Despite a few minor issues, this was an excellent stay. The cleanliness alone set this property apart, and the spacious room, firm bed, and excellent shower made for a very comfortable visit.
4.5/5 stars. An exceptionally clean and well-maintained hotel that was temporarily challenged by a parking situation largely beyond its control."
