"Upon arrival the staff were friendly and checked us in with no issues. The Hotel was very clean & our room was very clean also, which was a welcome sight!! Although the room wasn't huge (queen room), it was big enough for what we wanted and had adequate storage. The bathroom was spotless! We had Breakfast included which was nice but the only thing for me personally was that the fruit & yoghurt selection didnt have the greatest choice....... The only Fresh Chopped fruit was Melon & Pineapple,...

"Lovely hotel. Our room was well equipped, comfortable and very quiet despite overlooking the road. Lovely, comfy bed. I particularly enjoyed the waterfall shower - nice and hot with quality toiletries provided. The staff we encountered were all very friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay again."

"Hotel was interesting with Beatles theme… very cute. Staff friendly and helpful. Breakfast options were plentiful. However, the dishes and cutlery were not properly washed. Dishes and cutlery provided to guests to eat their food with should be exceptionally clean and these were not. Plates had remnants of food on them, glasses had lipstick on them still. Coffee cups had stuff in the bottom. Very disappointing. Luckily we did not become ill from using these dishes. "

"The Town House room was large with excellent facilities: PlayStation, coffee machine, kettle, bath in main bedroom, clothes steamer. Staff were friendly and courtesy. Sky bar was excellent"
