"The staff were great but sadly the property has seen better days. Luke warm water in the washand basin & shower.Lift control button on 3rd floor is defective. Blocked toilet but staff dealt with it promptly. Clean sheets on bed and breakfast edible so reasonable value for money paid."

"Always enjoy staying here, but really need to plan better for busy periods at the hotel bar. With the football being on the weekend we visited, there was a significant wait for a drink with only one person serving (and taking orders for cocktails etc). Not the staff members fault, but really something the hotel should consider improving, planning to have more staff on shift. We gave up in the end."

"The is small but very clean Staff were very friendly and so helpful I had no car so I didn’t need a car park. Air conditioning was good for the this time of the year."

"Overall a nice property and the staff were really nice. I do think it’s more of a 4 star property with a 5 star bar. Bedroom was good size but bathroom was small and the AC is set to a minimum of 19."
