"The staff were fantastic! They phoned a week before we were due to stay to let us know the main lift had broken. I’m disabled and cannot manage stairs. They offered a solution of using their service lift, where a member of staff would be on hand to escort us to the lift and open it for us. They gave me the dimensions of the lift to make sure it was big enough for my scooter. This solution worked perfectly :) every time :) Our accessible room was huge!!!
