"Great location if you want to walk around Edinburgh. The staff was very helpful and knowledgeable! The room was clean and very nice. The bathroom was also exactly what you want and need. If there was one thing constructive to say, the mattress was super hard and I found it uncomfortable But I would Absolutely stay there again!"

"We were able to reach the property on foot after getting off the tram at Haymarket Station. Took less than 5 minutes. We were given a code ahead of time for the front door and our room and we appreciated that they were the same so you don’t have to try and remember so many numbers. "Clean, quiet guest house in a convenient location. About a 30 minute walk to downtown Royal Mile or there are city buses that stop right across the street. Close to sights and downtown without the noise and busyness. We had a room at the back of the property with a lovely view. Restaurants and cafes nearby. "

"Great stay!! I arrived early but was able to drop off my luggage. Lukas met me at reception and was very kind and clear with instructions. Beautiful room, no issues whatsoever. The room faced a relatively busy street but I didn't find it noisy at all. Although there is no on-site breakfast, they are kind enough to provide a kitchen area with some basics like bread, cereal and fruit for anyone who wants along with some discount coupons for nearby cafes.
