Khách sạn Livingston Manor

"I had a lovely late Summer stay with my son on the way to Cooperstown ! The property and staff and amenities were great. Dinner was awesome, too!"

"Clean room"

"The staff was terrific. Ricky and Priscilla accommodated my request to check in a bit earlier. The hotel lobby and breakfast was very very clean. The Rooms were immaculate. Breakfast was replenished so everyone had choices."

"If you plan to stay here, be sure to ask if there are any weddings planned for your weekend. The weekend we were there, there were two weddings. Consequently we were unable to eat the restaurant, go to the bar or even have breakfast on Sunday morning. The pool house rooms are basically spruced up Motel rooms that seem to have been built in the 1960's. I can't speak to the other rooms on the property though. It does seem like a beautiful venue for a wedding, but we were just there hoping to enjoy...

"The room was comfortable and incredibly clean. Staff at checkin were very helpful. It was disappointing that the restaurant was closed two of the three nights that we stayed."

"Everything was amazing and great. Just the kids running up and down the hall all day and all night. And the loud music being played. Other than that was amazing !"

"We stayed there just one night but easily could have stayed a few days. The property was very clean, quiet and cozy. The bedrooms were very comfortable and it was especially nice that the staff had made/left food for snacks and morning breakfast. very cool place. Will definitely rent again when we go back next year."

"On our way back to Pa from Me and decided to stop here for the night before going to the Woodstock site the next day. Check in was ok. Room was sufficient. Bed was ok. Shower wouldn't shut off the whole way. Thin walls. Turns out no hot tub, but still listed in their description. Didn't use the pool, very dark. Breakfast was ok. Won't be back."

"I want to be clear: I love this place! Though it is clearly lacking the proper leadership to truly activate the amenity value add.. the spa services are expensive and be sure to book that dinner or there will not be enough food for you to eat and the area doesn’t have good food. Love the surrounding property / lake / hiking trail.. I’ll continue to come back but bring extra stuff along in my car bc they might not be able to accommodate some of your needs.."

"Incredibly helpful and knowledgeable staff, awesome craft activities, yoga, goat hike and more!"

"Bar was closed on a Thursday, despite website stating open Thursday thru Sunday."

"Beautiful place."

"For a lodge charging $500 per night for a standard king room, we expected a peaceful, relaxing experience in the Catskills. Unfortunately, our stay was the opposite. The biggest issue was the complete lack of soundproofing. Our bed was positioned directly against the wall behind the main entrance door, so every time someone entered the lodge, it sounded as if they were coming into our room. We could hear conversations, every door slamming, and virtually all the noise from the common areas. On...

"The property is located very close to the Performing Arts Center. I would not recommend walking to a performance, but it is less than a mile from the venue entrance. The hostess is lovely and welcoming. The breakfast was delicious! We had a comfortable stay."
