"Our room was only 1/4 of the way clean. The beds were freshly made (we hope!). The floor had NOT been vaccumend. There was even pepperoni on the floor! The entire carpet had clearly not been vaccumend, there was still trash in the trash cans. The bathroom had not been swept or mopped. I hope the shower had been cleaned.. not sure. There was no shampoo, it had been broken off of he wall. The body wash was also off of the wall, but it was on the floor. I can only assume the previous guests took...

"India was so nice when we were checking in at 11pm. The place is super clean, which is the most important aspect to me, and the room was bigger than expected. The hotel is near everything you could need. I would definitely stay here again! "

"Room was very dirty and when we showed pictures to the front desk agent, they seemed very unconcern and offered merely to move us to a different room, which I'm sure would not have been much cleaner. We really wanted a discount or an extra night added to our stay. Whole time we were treated with a very dismissive attitude as though we were in a budget hotel, and couldn't expect more than pubic hairs on the toilet, dirty Q-tips on the floor, a broken hair dryer, broken clothes hangers, half empty...

"Room was not clean and we stayed 2 nights. Left early morn had no sign on door. Was never checked. "
