"Great stay! Could t fault the accommodation at all! 5 min drive from zip world, host left some extras for us, tea coffee sugar milk bottle of bubbly and some chocolates and shortbread! "Parking was easy, breathtaking views! Room was slightly dated and had some dirt in the room such as dirty fingner print marks on the walls & mold on the shower sealant... Staff were polite but also didnt seem to know what they were doing and could not find my booking for 10 minutes asking me multiple times to confirm i had booked there. Also had confusion over my booking type as expedia allowed me to select the 'pay at property' option (which was more expensive) then the hotel took the money out...

"We had an amazing stay here. The rooms were lovely and the beds very comfortable. We loved the suite with its living area and the breakfast was delicious. The hosts could not have done more. "The house was very well appointed, modern, warm, with its own off street parking space, and perfectly situated very close to Betws-y-Coed but sufficiently distanced from it to escape the tourist traffic and crowds. It is situated in a small village in complete silence. Very peaceful."

"Perfect location, beautiful property with great amenities. Staff were polite and very helpful. Room was tastefully furnished. Shower was hot and powerful. Cleaning staff arrived promptly and did an excellent job. "Very good location for shops etc we enjoyed everything about this small hotel very clean and very welcoming breakfastgood selection probably suit most people lady in charge very nice to get along with and very pleasant. "

"Room smelled pungently of mildew. When I told the staff they said they’d have to do a better job of cleaning. We left several days ago and everything in my suitcase, including all my clothes, still have that mildew smell. Quiet setting.
