"This hotel was okay at best. The carpets are in need of cleaning and during my 4 night stay, the only elevator was broken several different times which was very inconvenient. I also got the vibe that many guests were actually living in the hotel and this was certainly not ideal for cleanliness or peace and quiet."

"The room was for one night only. There was no staff on duty past 11pm. The room was adequate. The heat and air worked well. The beds could have used at least a bed skirt, but I was tired and it was comfortable enough for me to sleep. There were only 3 well used cheap pillows for 4 adults on 2 queen beds and no way to get more. The floors were needing sweeping and mopping. Didn't have anything to do with the kitchen area. I did notice there was no coffee pot. The bathroom is about the same. The contents of the bathroom was 1 bar of hand soap, 2 wash clothes, 2 towels and a shower curtain, no bathmat. The shower looked fairly clean. The business part of the toilet looked clean but everything below the seat was gross. Also noticed a lot of hair on the floors along with dead roaches. There were also a few crawling up the caulking line on the shower. We didn't want to stay there but it was very late and the beds were comfortable with no signs of bedbugs. This was a last minute thing and I was really too rushed to read reviews, so I will blame myself for this bloop. What I hate worse is I booked my brother a room also. We requested rooms to be close by and they seemed to be genuinely happy when they told me they were a few doors apart. They indeed were 3doors apart, my room 2nd floor, his room 4th floor. From now on, I don't care how much of a rush I'm in, I will read reviews and not look at just the pictures. Due to the high traffic all night, I was worried about safety."

"Excellent service! The hotel is conveniently located near Charlotte Motor Speedway and Concord mall and restaurants. So excited to have stayed here. Ganga and her team are amazing! Super friendly and helpful. Great place for families. The breakfast is the best! So much variety!"
