"The site didn't say that bathrooms are shared. This is a hostel not a hotel. Rooms didn't have lamps, air conditioning, room coffee, or disposable cups to go. False advertising. This is a hostel."

"We stayed here on our way to Vancouver BC. The hotel was close enough to spend a day in Seattle and return for the night. The hotel staff are friendly and helpful. They even texted during our stay to see if we needed anything. The room was large enough for 3 adults to comfortably stay. Bed was comfy and room was spotless. 5 stars does not do it just. "The service was terrible at both Fireside and Barking Frog. We had to get our own drinks Sunday evening and breakfast the next day was a ridiculous wait for food. They said they were training. Not an excuse. The tv in room kept pixelating and the tv in the mirror didn’t work. Rooms needed updating. I’ve been a guest a few times and honestly I was embarrassed I picked this placed. Wont be coming back."

"There was hairs in the bed upon check in, and it was very clear the carpet floors were vacuumed. Dropped something under the floor and it rolled slightly under the bed and we were greeted with used condoms and wrappers. Also our upstairs neighbour was running, jumping and bouncing something off the floor so loudly that it was vibrating our bed.
