"The property is clean and the rate advertised is accurate, nice staff,one minor thing is checking in process,we had to first check in at a neighboring property when check in is late or after hours"

"Laundry is shared. There are only one washer and one dryer. The employees use them as well. It cost another 6 Euro to use then. The reception is only open btw 8am and 8pm we could get to the token for the machines until 8am. We wasted an entire morning to get Landry done."

"Booked a trip for me and a friend and wanted to keep to a budget. This hotel was budget friendly but felt like luxury. 10 minutes walk from the Train station, easy access to bus routes and local amenities and restaurants. A short bus ride or 30/40 minutes walk to Citta Alta via the funnicular. The apartment was immaculate, spacious and modern, we had a separate living space/kitchen, a large bathroom and a comfortable bed. Very quiet and minimal road noise. "Overall excellent place to stay. I only have v minor issues which are probably more personal preference than anything. Shower flooded the whole bathroom on every use, air con was so noisy all night and pool could have used a clean to remove dead leaves. Other than that a wonderful place to stay"
