"Good Base for Exploring London, but room for improvement. Lincoln Suites was an adequate place to stay for our trip to London. The location was convenient and within walking distance of several attractions and an Underground station, though it wasn't quite as central as we had expected. Check-in was quick and easy, but the staff came across as somewhat unfriendly and didn't provide much information about the property or the surrounding area. The room itself was just okay and didn't quite match...

"Great property in a terrific location. We had a duplex unit which was great except NO AC. If this was winter it would be a 5-star review. Unbearably hot in June heat wave."

"The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. We stayed at a time were the temperatures in London reached over 90 degrees and unfortunately this place has no AC, they did provide us with two fans but still too hot to sleep. The eventuality brought us a small AC that we used in the bedroom when we slept. The furniture is very basic and could use upgrading to something nicer. All appliances worked great and it was nice to have a full fridge, freezer, stove, oven, dishwasher and washing machine....

"For London the room size was huge! Location is quiet and a quick 7min walk to South Kensington station which has both the Piccadilly and District/Central tube lines. Booked the room with a sofa bed and had more than enough room! Wifi was great, thankfully the a/c worked well as it was a heatwave! If you don’t need to be in the hustle and bustle and don’t mind a quick walk to the trains and high street it’s perfect!"

"Rooms do not have AC instead you are given a fan , which isn't sufficient when it's 31 degrees outside. Water pressure was low in our room so we could not shower until after 2pm despite reporting the issue at 10am. The room we were given was on the ground floor and did not have an outdoor area therefore we were unable to use this to dry our clothes outside in the warm weather. The photos of the rooms make it look like every room as some outdoor space. Washer dryer supplied was not good quality,...

"The other reviews aren’t exaggerating, the rooms are quite small but nice and clean. Visited during a heatwave and they do not have ac, but they do provide a fan for the room. Very nice to have the few kitchen appliances and amenities that they did."
