"The staff are brilliants. We next our bag early with the concierge to explore. The lobby and lifts are clean and modern. The views from the room of the bridge are brilliant. The shower is very dated but is powerful. It is very low however and was at eye level. Was a bit of mould in the corner."

"The location was ideal - just off Piccadilly Circus. The hotel was clean and modern. We felt that it was good value. Check in was easy at the iPads and the staff were friendly. We would definitely stay again."

"This is a very pleasant hotel. The check in process was very easy although they do require photo ID. They were able to check us in 90 minutes early too. The room was OK. It was a Superior Queen size and actually a lot smaller than I expected. There was also a cot and nappy bin which we hadn't requested ..."
