"Good location that’s walking distance to London City airport and Excel. Great spot if you’re going to Excel for a Conference or Exhibition. The bar downstairs does pretty good food and the discount if you’re staying at the hotel helps. It can be a bit loud on some evenings, but that typically stops around 11pm. "Excellent location to access the O2, clean hotel with pleasant and helpful staff team. Only real complaint was the drainage of the bathroom sink. It was almost completely blocked with extremely slow drainage leaving the sink dirty after every use. There was also no shower gel however staff responded very quickly and replaced the bottle very swiftly. Despite these relatively minor complaints I would still recommend the hotel. "
