Good day. I am writing because we had a flood in our room. They came and fixed it but our clothes and personal stuff were all wet. It was leaking all day. Park Plaza London Westminster Bridge
Could not ask for a better location. The staff were helpful, the property is beautiful, and you are right in the heart of exploring London! The only downside was having to reserve a time to use the pool, which was not made clear when booking.
