"Hotel located within 5mI n walk to multiple bus lines and Russell Square underground station. Staff are highly customer oriented, courteous, very helpful with good area knowledge. In short, from front desk to cleaning staff all are excellent.
While rooms are kept to a high degree of cleanliness, some updating could be helpful."
"Hotel is clean and closer to shops and cafes. Staff was good, did not try breakfast. Room was nice big for four adults but the sofa bed was so disappointing. Main double bed was nice but sofa bed is not good for adult when we sleep you can feel the strings on your back of body not comfortable to sleep. I would recommend to put mattress on that not blanket . I think other all things were good."
"Just a heads up that there is no air conditioning but the hotel did have oscillating fans and windows that opened. You will definitely need a power converter as there are no regular outlets nor USB ports for charging your phone, ipad, etc. I had an adapter but the hotel was able to supply a converter plug. Breakfast a little pricey but London overall is expensive. Plenty of restaurants within walking distance and the staff helped us with arranging a ride to the London Eye that was reasonable and...
"We were bumped by the Grange Blooms hotel into their less attractive but nearby sister hotel, the Grange Whitehall. Great location, but a very average hotel, falling apart a bit."
