Good hotel, but not worth the money I spent. Given a king room (009) with a hard bed and limited / poor view. Spent over £550 for 2 nights. Staff were great and location was handy for Earls Court tube station. Better elsewhere but fine if you need to be in this location.

Great London Location. We just returned from staying five nights at the indigo hotel Kensington in London. The neighborhood was convenient to Earl Court underground station and had several good restaurants, nearby. The rooms were spacious and pretty with nice big bathrooms, including tub and separate shower. I felt like I was getting a British experience and not just another typical hotel vibe. My husband and I will return to this location if we are back in London again.

We’ve stayed at this hotel about four times over the years and love the location. It’s super close to the tube, lots of restaurants and pubs, and M&S food across the street. The breakfast is serviceable, but not worth paying extra for if it’s not in your room rate. Sadly, we won’t be staying here again because of the rooms and beds. The last two times we’ve stayed here we’ve been given rooms in the basement (600s are in the basement) which are low, dark, and not as cool. The beds are higher than normal so you feel like Princess and the Pea. They are also very hard and my husband had a terrible time sleeping. We did ask for a non basement room this stay, but was told that was all that was available. Again, not a bad hotel — walk in shower is great and the location can’t be beat. But, sleeping is important and the rooms/beds aren’t comfortable.

In May 2026 I stayed at the Hotel Indigo in Earl’s Court for five nights during a visit to London. The price was very reasonable for the area, and my room had a pleasant view and was comfortable by London standards. The breakfast was a highlight, with a good selection and consistently high quality, and the staff were genuinely helpful throughout my stay. The hotel is surrounded by several excellent restaurants and is just a short walk from the Earl’s Court Underground station, which made getting around the city very easy. Overall, this is a well-located, good-value option that I would gladly stay at again.

Brilliant hotel. Almost feels like a 5 star! For the high standard and location of the hotel, it is well worth the price! Staff were very helpful, Room was very clean, massive bathroom and a decent breakfast. I would definitely stay here again on my next visit to Kensington.

We loved our stay here, the room was large for London with high ceilings, a lovely view, and a comfy bed. The location is top-notch, steps to Earl's Court tube station and loads of shops and cafes (the Blackbird pub on the corner was wonderful) but off the noisy main street. We did have one hiccup where the hotel lost water for a couple of hours one morning, which delayed our plans, but the staff were nice about it and everything else too.
