We really liked our stay here, it was a nice location and the air conditioning in the July heatwave was amazing. When we stayed it seemed like there was just some updates made on the room and it was still a little unfinished but I think that will improve in time as the room is empty and they can do finishing touches! It was nice and clean!

We stayed in 3 different properties owned by the same company, due to (us) changing our travel plans. They were able to accommodate us by adding 1 night in a different place and 6 more nights in a different place again. This was a huge relief. The first two were flawless. The last was in the process of an upgrade but it sufficed because it was a 2 bedroom and we only needed half . Their effort to accommodate us after we changed plans, the great accommodate and location will guarantee our business again. The location near Harrods,the appliances and two grocery stores made everything perfect.

We were there for 13 nights. We saw Mo at check-in and check-out. Be aware that if you are elderly or have mobility issues this may not be the place for you. Our first room was on the top floor but Mo arranged to move us one floor down. Even then there were 64 stairs to climb and my wife and I are in our late 70's. This was a large strain on us even though we are reasonably fit. We had to think twice about going out for a short walk. The suite is basically appointed. A place to sleep, sit and eat. The bed was comfortable but the UK king promised is more like a Canadian queen bed. The a/c worked well as did the fridge. We did not use the cook top although it looked perfectly adequate. The washer/dryer and other appliances worked well. The building is very quiet.
