"The room I was given was 32ºC (90ºF) when it was 31C outside. The room was hotter than outside during a heatwave with no working airconditioning. We know this because the engineer they called to fix it (who we waited in the hot room for an hour for) measured it for us. This was not able to be remedied. ..."

"A great find! We wanted somewhere to stay after a day at the tennis and this was perfect for our needs. Nice decor, great to have on tap cooled water and air conditioning too. Great location and quiet too…will add to my list of favourites!"

"The staff was excellent. The bar was ok, but not stellar draft beer in London? The facility , rooms bathroom etc.. has not change since my first visit in 1999. An upgrade is really overdue, as it really shows. Regards."
