The controls for the air conditioning unit were broken, then even though I managed to turn it off it kept making noises intermittently through the night. The toilet cistern dropped constantly. On the positive side, the location was good.

Strand Palace Hotel
Everyone is special at the Strand. Staff takes pride in their work! Although the rooms are small, it is still good value for the area. It’s in a fantastic area to walk the themes and visit Big Ben along with shopping on Oxford!

Overpriced hostels, it's alright overall, but their customers service is horrible, I ask them multiple time over multiple day for clean towels and I only got them on day 3, they do not clear our room regularly either, I upgraded to have coffee in my room and they keep forgetting to give us coffee ...

Park Plaza London Westminster Bridge

The Tower Hotel, by Thistle
Stayed here for 1 night from May 5-6. Honestly the view from the room and the location were the redeeming qualitie of this hotel. The rooms are EXTREMELY dated.
