"Great hotel for an overnight stay, especially if you have an early flight out of Heathrow. It's 2 mins walking distanct to the terminal and it is all connected by a bridge which means you will never have to venture outside to get to T5.
Breakfast is fantastic and staff are great!"
"Generally good after a very slow queue for check-in (20 minutes). Friendly and attentive staff (although not quite enough of them?). Food great and cocktail bar fine. One of the main lobby lifts kept malfunctioning- nobody on had to fix it? - so there were some long waits there too (minimum 5 minutes at some times). "
"The room and the staff were excellent as was the breakfast with only some confusion about what type of fried egg was required and the subsequent time taken mean that had almost eaten half of rest before meal came. This is obviously a very minor point but it would be good to streamline the process a bit.
I would both recommend and stay again in a heartbeat given the quality and location."
"Yes
The bed sheets changed every 4 nights !
Since I changed my room due to noise from adjacent disco the next day
The sheets weren’t change for basically all time I was there
"
"Good location, wifi not great and my room was facing a builders yard so very noisy late in to the evening. Can also hear every door in the corridor slamming shut. "
