"The staff were very nice. The room was small but nice with exception to the heater/air conditioner and the room pillows. The heater/air conditioner was too noisy and made it difficult to sleep. No way to turn them off. The pillows were tooo soft that I woke up with a stiff neck. Also didn’t like the nickel and dimeing with regards to facility fee."

"I love the look and feel of the Paper Collective, which is cool and fun. I didn't love that the pillows offer not head support (and when I asked for more pillows, it had to be multiple times), the smallness of the shower that caused flooding all the time, or the rudeness of the front desk staff. I will say the maintenance and housekeeping staff were gems -- friendly, attentive, and overall wonderful. The bar or restaurant was never open, so I can't weigh in on that. "Very nice hotel. Unfortunately we were there because my grandson has stage 4 neuroblastoma and this was a medical visit to Sloan Memorial Hospital. We chose this hotel because it was close to the hospital but the staff was very nice and check in easy and the room was very clean."
