"We had a lovely stay at the Hotel Edison in NYC.The location adjacent to Times Square was efficient for shopping, and nice restaurants were nearby. The rooms were larger than standard, clean, and the bath with shower was comfortable. Staff were very nice and helpful. Yes, we would stay there again!"

"Room was clean and comfortable but no coffee was provided. Hotel includes a “destination fee” but you get $15 to spend in the very overpriced market. Stay was very quiet during the week but was a little bit rowdier on weekend - would recommend asking for a room away from elevators. Area in front of hotel is a little sketch/gross due to the vacant storefront next door attracting homeless and had an overall urine smell. Location was otherwise great."

"We did not get access to our rooms until TEN PM and only after I was on the phone on and off for an hour with a call center somewhere far away. I believe they would have never sent them to me if I didn’t try so hard. THERE ARE NO HUMANS THAT WORK HERE !!! BEWARE "

"Nice hotel, but not what I was expecting for the price. If there were amenities, I didn't notice any. I paid for a better view, and wasn't really happy with what I got, but that may just be how it goes sometimes. I wouldn't stay here again though. I'm positive I could have gotten a hotel better suited to my tastes, probably at a lower price."

"My stay here was a very unique situation. I was not on vacation. I stayed here because my daughter had been discharged from hospital after surgery and we wanted a calm non-chaotic environment for her to do her first week of recuperation. Christina and Walter the front desk staff couldn't be any better. I would give them an A+ plus. I dealt with Christina before I checked in arranging for the appropriate room for my stay and Walter was at the hotel every single day that I was there and just gave the best service, always with a smile always pleasant, always helpful and always happy to help. The front desk staff really made this a great stay."

"This was our third stay. We like the clean rooms with stocked kitchenette, great bathroom and quiet floors. The room size is not huge but there is everything you need. Breakfast is decent, very busy but restocked thoroughly. There’s always coffee and tea in the lobby. Street parking is somewhat available, train station (aka subway) is a 10 minute walk. The only downside is there is nothing to do around the hotel including food options. "

"Clean rooms, attentive staff, great location. Two of us stayed in a bunk bed pod and had enough room to move around comfortably. Restrooms were clean every time we stepped into them during a three-night stay. On the second day of our stay, our AC went out and the room would not cool down. Spoke to the front desk on our way out that morning and by the time we returned in the afternoon, they had the issue resolved. If you don’t mind staying in pods/hostels and can manage with less room square footage, they are a great way to save money on a trip. This one was great; would stay here again. "
