"The staff were very nice. The room was small but nice with exception to the heater/air conditioner and the room pillows. The heater/air conditioner was too noisy and made it difficult to sleep. No way to turn them off. The pillows were tooo soft that I woke up with a stiff neck. Also didn’t like the nickel and dimeing with regards to facility fee."

"Great location. Within blocks of many trains to the city & much rather be in LIC or Greenpoint with views of the city than in the city. No towels in my room when I arrived but staff super friendly & brought right away. Room very tight. Definitely ask for a room with a view because mine did not have one."
