"I enjoyed the breakfast options and, as a tea drinker, I greatly appreciated that the hot water did not come out of a container that previously held coffee (which ruins the taste of tea). Also enjoyed the breakfast room decor and seating options. It was really nice place to relax and have breakfast. The staff was very personable and helpful. The room was very clean which was appreciated and the beds were very comfortable. I'd just say that the room decor was a bit dated and a little worn...

"This is NOT a luxury hotel, nor does it charge luxury hotel rates. But the STAFF is FABULOUS and the facilities perfectly adequate, if not bette rthan that. They say you get what you pay for, but the staff were a pleasant surprise. I came down to the lobby for two complimentary glasses of wine (a nice malbec, by the way) and light snacks, and as I struggled to get them back to the room the attendant brought me a tray, then accompanied me to and called the elevator, then reached in and pressed...

"We had a great stay at 3 West Club! The location was perfect and the room was clean. The staff were very friendly. It was nice to have the room cleaned and fresh towels each day as many hotels don’t do that anymore. Would definitely recommend and would stay here again. "
