"This is such a sweet boutique hotel. The staff was professional, courteous and just great people. The hotel is very nice, and the rooms are comfortable. The 2nd floor is 'Rick's cafe' - if you don't know Casablanca - you won't get the reference. It is like a home - living room, dining, and 24/7 snacks, beverages and space to enjoy. "What a lovely hotel! Such a welcoming, friendly and helpful group at reception. The hotel really felt like our home away from home. There is a restaurant on site and a cozy library to enjoy your coffee in the morning or a glass of wine in the evening. We stayed in a premium deluxe with a king size bed and it was perfect for the 5 days we stayed. "

"It's small (welcome to NYC!), but very well done. All staff members we encountered were so friendly, helpful, and very accommodating. Some items could use a refresh but the rooms were well-appointed. There is a fun bar right next door, but the only caveat is due to its popularity, if your room is facing the street, it is loud - not traffic noise but loud people outside. Again, that's NYC. Overall, great location, great hotel and I would definitely stay there again!"

"The rooms were clean and cosy and the staff were helpful, especially Delia, who gave really good advice on so many things crucial to making the stay a pleasant one.Oh and the room I had - as a classical pianist, I so loved the piano painting on the wall above the bed. It was really convenient that breakfast was included and the umbrella was a little bonus. I can't wait to come back!!!"

La localización es excelente, a una cuadra de Central Park, muy cerca de Times Square, cerca de la 5a avenida, en realidad te puedes mover muy fácilmente, hay una estación de metro muy cerca. El staff del hotel muy amable (gracias especiales al Concierge Bob por sus explicaciones y mapas). El cuarto de muy buen tamaño y siempre limpio. "What an amazing hotel! Very friendly staff and the 24 hour lounge with books, drinks and snacks is a treasure. We a small issue with our TV not workings they sent someone right up to check it out and then quickly moved us to another room! Definitely returning here for our next NYC stay!"
